Four principals.
Zero fluff.
BHMF is an AI consultancy that sits between strategy and implementation. We're not a dev shop cranking out MVPs and we're not a think tank producing reports that gather dust. We help businesses adopt AI practically and profitably.
Why we exist
Most businesses know AI can help them. Fewer know where to start. Even fewer have access to people who can both design the strategy and build the thing.
That's the gap BHMF fills. We're four principals who've spent our careers building and scaling technology organizations — from Riot Games and Respawn to Glean and Roll20. We've led engineering teams, shipped products to millions of users, designed complex systems at scale, and sold enterprise AI solutions. We've seen too many AI initiatives die in PowerPoint and too many AI tools deployed without a clear business case.
So we built a consultancy that does both: we figure out where AI will move the needle for your specific business, and then we build it alongside your team. We measure the results. And if it's not working, we say so.
How we think
Results over reports
We ship working systems, not slide decks. Every engagement ends with something measurable in production.
Honest assessment
If AI isn't the right solution, we'll tell you. We'd rather lose a sale than deliver a bad outcome.
Build alongside, not above
We work with your team, not around them. When we leave, your people own the system and understand it.
Measure everything
Every engagement starts with a clear ROI framework. If it doesn't move the needle, we pivot or stop.
The principals behind BHMF
Four partners. Complementary expertise. Every engagement is led by a senior principal who stays involved from strategy through implementation.
Buck
A technology executive with 16+ years leading engineering and product organizations across SaaS, interactive entertainment, and R&D. Has served as CTO and CPO at high-growth platforms, growing engineering teams by 4x while doubling per-developer velocity and migrating legacy infrastructure to modern, AI-ready architecture. Brings deep hands-on experience designing and deploying AI-augmented development workflows, from intelligent CI/CD pipelines and AI-assisted code review to ML-driven performance optimization and automated testing frameworks. Her background in psychology and Theory of Mind gives her a unique edge in designing AI systems that teams actually trust and adopt — not just tools that get deployed and ignored.
Hillen
A product and delivery leader who has spent his career building the operating systems that turn ambitious technical initiatives into shipped results. Has led product organizations, built PMO functions from scratch at fast-growing startups, and directed multi-team technical organizations at major studios. Brings hands-on experience implementing AI across product and delivery workflows — from AI-powered developer tooling and intelligent triage systems to automated reporting pipelines and predictive capacity planning. Specializes in identifying where AI can eliminate operational drag, building the delivery framework to get it into production, and establishing the metrics to prove it's working.
Majda
A veteran systems architect and data strategist with 20+ years designing complex, interconnected systems at scale. Has led cross-disciplinary teams as a director-level technical leader, architecting large-scale systems serving millions of users. Pioneered data analytics pipelines using SQL and distributed computing to drive high-stakes decisions with real user data. Brings deep expertise in designing AI and ML systems from the ground up — including data pipeline architecture for model training, feature engineering for predictive analytics, and building feedback loops that make AI systems smarter over time. His rare combination of systems thinking and analytical rigor means he sees the optimization opportunities others miss.
Ford
A sales and go-to-market leader who has spent his career on the front lines of enterprise AI adoption. Currently leads high-performing teams at one of the fastest-growing AI companies in the world, consistently exceeding multi-million dollar quotas. Has held regional director and VP-level sales leadership roles across AI-powered enterprise platforms — from intelligent work assistants to AI-driven automation and communications — earning Presidents Club recognition at every stop. Understands how businesses actually evaluate, buy, and adopt AI because he's been helping them do it for years. At BHMF, he ensures every engagement is structured around real business value, not technology for technology's sake.
Advisors who build.
Every BHMF engagement follows the same core philosophy — understand the business first, build alongside your team, and measure everything.
Listen
We start by understanding your business — not pitching our services.
Diagnose
We map your operations and identify the highest-ROI opportunities for AI.
Build
We implement alongside your team, not in a black box.
Measure
Clear metrics. Honest reporting. If it's not working, we pivot.
Built in the hardest environments
Our principals cut their teeth in industries where shipping at scale, operating under pressure, and building systems that millions of people depend on is the baseline — not the exception.
Three of our four principals spent the bulk of their careers in AAA games — building live services for millions of concurrent players, scaling engineering teams through hypergrowth, designing complex interconnected systems, and shipping under relentless public scrutiny. Games are where we learned to build under pressure.
We've been on the front lines of enterprise AI adoption — selling, implementing, and scaling AI-powered platforms across hundreds of organizations. We know what enterprises actually buy, what objections kill deals, and what delivers real value.
Our client work spans traditional industries that aren't "tech-forward" by default — architecture firms, consumer brands, and service businesses. We specialize in meeting companies where they are and building AI competency from the ground up.
Let's talk about your business.
We'll tell you honestly whether AI can help — and where the biggest opportunities are.
