The Challenge

Bluefrog Plumbing and Drain of Portland was losing more than half their inbound Yelp leads — not because they were priced wrong or reviewed poorly, but because someone else got there first. In emergency home services, the homeowner calls three plumbers and hires whoever calls back first. On top of that, every complex job came with 4 hours of paperwork: insurance finding reports, labor contracts, project proposals — all written from scratch at the end of an already long day. And every completed job disappeared into a folder, invisible to the customers searching Google for exactly that service in exactly that neighborhood.

Our Approach

We built three connected systems. Speed to Lead: when a Yelp lead arrives, the system qualifies it, generates a personalized response, and routes a booking confirmation — without anyone at the office touching it. Document Generation: plumber enters field notes after a job, the system produces finished insurance finding reports, labor contracts, and project proposals. SEO Content Generation: each set of job notes and photos feeds an SEO-optimized website post anchored to the specific service type and Portland-area neighborhood.
